Chicken & Broccoli Crepes

1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups diced cooked chicken or turkey
2 cups steamed broccoli
1 cup chicken broth
3 cups grated cheddar cheese

Crepes
1 1/4 cup flour
pinch of salt
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cup milk
2 T melted butter
*let mixture stand in refrigerator for one hour

cook in hot skillet (spray pan with cooking spray and make sure crepes are very thin)

Over medium heat cook soup & broth, mix well. Stir in chicken, borccoli and 2 cups of cheese.

Spoon mixture into crepes. Fold over and spoon sauce over top and sprinkle with cheese. Enjoy!
